High Profile Project Leadership Opportunity

This exciting role offers the chance to lead high profile projects within a dynamic and growing portfolio, driving continuous improvement and upholding high standards of quality and safety.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects across Perth metro, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This includes leading project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth operations, monitoring project progress, budgets, and risks, and proactively addressing any issues.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex projects within the Perth metro area, ideally across multiple concurrent projects. They will possess strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on delivery excellence, exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts effectively.

Job Description:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects valued at $40 million
  • Manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth operations
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, proactively addressing any issues
  • Drive continuous improvement and uphold high standards of quality and safety
  • Report regularly to senior management and key stakeholders on project status and milestones

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing complex projects within the Perth metro area, ideally across multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on delivery excellence
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts effectively
  • Relevant qualifications in project management or engineering disciplines highly regarded
