Market Expansion & M&A: Identify and drive new market opportunities for growth and lead inorganic growth strategies (M&A) in alignment with the division's vision.
Oversee the continuous evaluation of market dynamics to ensure the division remains at the forefront of innovation and sector leadership.
Team Leadership & Development: Build and nurture high-performing teams across product streams, fostering innovation and empowering teams to challenge the status quo.
Provide mentorship, development opportunities, and a clear leadership pathway for the next generation of leaders.
