**Flexible Administrative Assistant Opportunity**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive office administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of competency using MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Some bookkeeping experience using MYOB is desirable, but not essential.
The successful candidate will be able to work in a small team as a positive team member.
They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and attentively to detail.
A willingness to learn and further develop the skills required with a can-do attitude is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administration including word processing and data entry
- Payroll management in liaison with Company Bookkeeper and Accountant
- Customer enquiry correspondence and product quotations
- Purchase order management and order confirmation
- Invoicing and Supplier payments
- Shipping organisation and travel management
- Reporting and planning support to the management team
Requirements:
- High level of competency using MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
