Hours per fortnight: Up to 73.5 hours, flexible options available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver data and information, including analysis, interpretation, and presentation material, for:
    • Agency performance reporting (internal and external).
    • National reporting, such as Report on Government Services (ROGS)
    • Development of scheduled reports for Agency business units
    • Corporate requests for data/information.
    • Ad-hoc data requests, including data analysis, modelling, extracts, and graphical presentation.
  • Lead data sharing activities between the Agency, government, and non-government stakeholders.
  • Design, develop/enhance, implement, and maintain information management systems and support tools, including:
    • Business requirements, functional/technical specifications, business processes, and system workflows.
    • Data fixes, quality enhancements, and new information product development.
    • Information Systems integration, communications, and data migration.
    • Information management governance and contractual arrangements.
    • Testing, training, and ongoing support activities.
    • Monitor compliance with Agency cyber security protocols and report breaches.
  • Provide an information management service for Agency information systems.
  • Maintain information management documentation, including online content.
