Career Guidance Expert

At our esteemed educational institution, we seek a dedicated Career Guidance Expert to empower our students in realizing their career aspirations and further education goals.

We believe that when students understand the relevance of their learning, they're more engaged, inspired, and empowered to take ownership of their futures. Our Career Development program is designed to connect students' current learning with future employment, education, and life opportunities.

The successful candidate will oversee the provision of a comprehensive career development service in line with professional standards, ensuring students are equipped to make informed decisions about their learning, careers, and life opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a career development program aligned with professional standards
  • Educating, counselling, and supporting students in exploring future pathways
  • Providing information and resources to assist students in planning their post-school direction

This role requires a strong understanding of career development principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and external partners. We're committed to the safety, wellbeing, and protection of all children in our care.

Key qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Education, Counselling or related field
  • Proven experience in career guidance and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
