Job Title: Support Associate
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Support Associate to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to our regional team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Estimator Attendances
- Communicate with Trades
- Liaise between Insured Parties and Insurance Companies
- Resolve Disputes and Ensure Documentation is Signed Off
- Process Invoices and Purchase Orders
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven Administration Experience
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Work under Pressure and Think Outside the Box
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to Develop Strong Relationships
- Highly Computer Literate
