Job Title: Practice Manager

Our company seeks a seasoned Practice Manager to oversee operations and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in practice management, with a strong focus on financial operations, HR processes, and business development.

  • Oversee financial operations including invoicing, payroll, accounts, and reporting.
  • Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records.
  • Support business development through fee proposals, tenders, and networking activities.
  • Implement and maintain integrated management systems.

This role is based in Wollongong, offering a full or part-time position with a minimum of three days per week.

To be successful, you will need:

  • At least 5 years' experience in practice, office, or business management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Strong financial management and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
