The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in running a successful store.

Day to day, you will:

  • Support the Store Manager to operate a profitable store
  • Assist the Store Manager to develop a customer-focused culture through sales, service, and compliance initiatives
  • Inspire and lead a team to reach set KPIs and sales targets
  • Support the Store Manager to train, mentor, and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning
  • Create a memorable shopping experience for every customer
Key Skills

You will have established experience in a customer-facing role as either a supervisor or assistant manager preferably in retail.

Exceptional people and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate and rally a team to build sales while fostering a culture of openness, courage, and joyfulness.

A proven ability to lead, motivate, and build sales and service through exceptional people management is required.

Demonstrated experience working to targets and KPI's, fostering a high-performance culture, and a genuine passion for our products and values are also necessary.

Leading by example and embodying our company values is crucial in this role.
