Your Role

As Third in Charge at our mall store, you'll drive and motivate a team of outdoor enthusiasts, support the management team, and take responsibility for the store's operations when needed.

You'll create an enjoyable experience for every customer, ensuring successful customer service, merchandising, inventory processes, and standards are in place.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You'll need strong retail or customer service experience, sound knowledge of retail operations like stock control and visual merchandising, and excellent customer service skills.

You'll be adaptable, coping well in fast-paced retail environments, and able to share your genuine passion for our products and business growth with customers and your team.
