Job Description:\Helpers support the growth of our comms within the outdoor adventure space.

The role involves managing organic content calendars, implementing social / customer engagement strategies and building an authentic community to drive brand trust and loyalty.

\Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring your smarts to social media channels for MAD and clients in the outdoor adventure space\
  • Manage organic content calendars by curating and creating posts for Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, including reels and stories\
  • Implement social / customer engagement strategies across social platforms, optimising the type content to deliver impactful results\
  • Build an authentic community and drive brand trust and loyalty\
  • Work with our team to understand which content is being consumed through socials and our website, feeding those findings into your work\
  • Help build a long-term social strategy for MAD that aligns with commercial awareness and recruitment\
  • Put your marketing hat on and support the team with EDM campaigns\
  • Expand on your copywriting skills and interests\
  • Turn your hand to various long and short forms, writing for blogs and articles covering a range of topics within this space\
  • Define and refine our brief processes and writing briefs, including campaign asset briefs (to freelancers) and content proposals (to clients)\
  • Collaborate with the wider teams across Marketing, Creative, UX, UI, Tech - ideas grow and we grow\
  • Identify new opportunities within social media and lean into them\\
