About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in determining the strategic direction and financial performance on their portfolio of markets within the Qantas network. They will identify and support revenue management initiatives and strategies to deliver network financial targets, ensuring the competitiveness and success of Qantas Airlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine long-term pricing and inventory opportunities for assigned route groups
  • Support identification and implementation of strategic transformation initiatives
  • Contribute to determining strategic direction of route group's flight and market performance
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Aviation Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related discipline
  • Strong airline commercial acumen with passion for aviation industry and understanding of competitive operating environment
  • Advanced analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to translate complex data points
  • Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of staff and management
  • Proven stakeholder collaboration experience
  • PASSIONATE AND MOTIVATED SELF-STARTER
