Job Description

This role requires a highly organised Site Administrator to provide administrative support to site management and other departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational requirements of the site office, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.

  • Assist with organisational tasks such as maintaining records and files, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases and documentation.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to coordinate site access.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding team with site clearances for personnel mobilisation.
  • Coordinating flights and accommodation bookings.
  • Raising of purchase orders and receipting invoices.
  • Assisting payroll with timesheet accuracy.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience as a FIFO Site Administrator working in mining projects, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and high attention to detail and analytical skills.
