We are seeking a dedicated Sustainability Specialist to develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies that align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sustainability Strategy Development: Design and implement sustainable practices that meet organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Environmental Impact Assessment: Conduct regular assessments and audits to measure our environmental footprint and compliance with sustainability standards.
  • Sustainability Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to integrate sustainable practices throughout the organization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with investors, customers, and community partners to promote our sustainability initiatives.
  • ESG Reporting: Prepare and present reports for internal stakeholders and external disclosures related to sustainability and ESG performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and ESG reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in sustainability reporting tools and software.
