Job Overview

This telecommunications role provides hands-on training and experience in delivering services to homes and businesses across the country.

As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, developing skills and knowledge in technical service, solutions, and support for telecommunications products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and able to undertake pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing technical service, solutions, and support to networks, infrastructure, products, and services.
  • Gain hands-on experience delivering telecommunications and technology products and services in homes and businesses.
  • Participate in a diverse team environment to deliver optimal customer and commercial outcomes.
Requirements & Attributes
  • Hold a current driver's license.
  • Be physically fit for the role.
  • Ability to undergo pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
  • Professional and polite communication skills.
