Executive Operations Leader

This leadership role oversees the operational strategy and implementation, ensuring seamless governance, financial compliance, refined systems, and effective team management. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with the CEO to drive organisational stability, synergy, and growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative staff, implementing financial targets, leading human resources functions, including recruitment, performance management, and policy development. They will also oversee office operations, compliance duties, and special projects.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in operational management, industrial relations, and human resources best practices. You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities, and demonstrate proactivity and motivational energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the governance and strategic direction of the organisation as a member of the leadership team
  • Action key finance duties and work toward financial targets
  • Manage administration team members, activities, targets, and systems improvement
  • Lead Human Resources actionables, including recruitment, onboarding, KPI setting, and performance management
  • Provide direction and support for proper office management, maintenance, and key compliance duties

Requirements:

  • Strong background in operational management, industrial relations, and human resources best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Proactive and motivated individual with a passion for being a change maker
  • Tertiary qualification or over 5 years' relevant experience
  • Current Working with Children Check and police check
