Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Remote Area

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Broome, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and values-led Aboriginal Medical Service.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary health care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. They will conduct independent patient assessments, diagnoses, and clinical decision-making, as well as prescribing medications under the Kimberley Standard Drug List.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver culturally safe and responsive primary health care aligned with our Model of Care
- Conduct independent patient assessments, diagnoses, and clinical decision-making
- Pursue quality improvement activities and clinical audits
- Participate in clinical governance and safeguarding practices for children and young people
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must hold current AHPRA registration with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner, along with demonstrated experience in a primary healthcare setting.
