Remote Telehealth Nurse Practitioner Position

As a Nurse Practitioner in our Telehealth program, you will deliver high-quality patient care through convenient over-the-phone consultations.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, crafting tailored treatment plans, and providing empathetic support to patients. Your expertise will enable you to prescribe medications that are right for your patients, without any bias.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients via Telehealth consultations
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients
- Provide exceptional patient care and support
- Valid registration as a Nurse Practitioner in Australia
- AHPRA registration and ability to prescribe Schedule 8 medication
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible working hours with opportunities to work weekdays between 9 am and 10 pm or weekends
