Job Overview

Ambitious and motivated professionals are invited to assume a leadership role in the Transportation Services department.


The successful candidate will be responsible for determining strategic needs, goals, and execution plans to develop our middle mile logistics network. They will work closely with internal teams to communicate business requirements and help define project scope.


This leader will possess excellent strategic thinking skills, strong analytical abilities, and superior written and verbal communication skills. They will be comfortable working in an ever-growing, progressive, and data-intensive operations environment.


Key responsibilities include implementing middle-mile tech tools functionalities, managing programs related to middle mile assets across the network, building and managing reports around middle network assets, and coordinating transportation planning and forecasts with carriers.


The ideal candidate will have significant experience influencing cross-functional teams, delivering valuable projects, and possessing a natural self-starter mindset. A Bachelor degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business analytics, or other technical discipline is required.

What You'll Do:
