Key Role: Supply Chain Strategist

We are seeking an accomplished professional to oversee the efficient supply of products and services across our global network.

As a Supply Chain Strategist, your primary focus will be on ensuring timely delivery of products while balancing demand from markets with supply from internal and external sources. This includes active involvement in New Product Introduction & Launch (NPDL) and product Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate supplier performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance delivery times and responsiveness.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate forecasts to drive delivery performance and portfolio health through healthy stock levels.
  3. Collaborate with suppliers to share planning information and receive commitment.
  4. Manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) and review weekly intake plans to ensure correct demand signals are passed to manufacturing plants and suppliers.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks such as component shortages and capacity constraints.
  6. Implement continuous improvement projects based on Lean principles to drive Order & Delivery (O&D) performance.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  2. Experience in operational environments.
  3. Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and Power Query.
  4. Programming skills for dashboards and reporting tools, including Power BI, SAP Analytics, and Power Query.
  5. Understanding of Lean principles and practices.
  6. Fluent English is mandatory.
  7. SAP knowledge.
