Content Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced content strategist to support our creative production schedule, manage shoots on production days, quote and work to budgets, manage reconciliations and project invoicing, and brief stylists, videographers, studios, set builders, photographers, and video editors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple shoots and ensuring timely delivery
- Collaborating with the creative team to develop concepts and pitches
- Briefing and managing external vendors such as stylists, videographers, and photographers
- Coordinating logistics and equipment for shoots
- Assisting with budget management and financial reporting
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Project management skills and experience
- Budget management skills and experience
- Quality control skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of engaging and high-quality content.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Creative Director and/or Creative Leads to plan and schedule shoots, manage talent on shoot days, and participate in the monthly shoot roster and creative pitch process.
