Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of quality care, based on assessed clients' needs that enhances and promotes quality of life.
  • Drive customer experience and satisfaction outcomes by acting as the key contact for clients through their journey.
About You
  • You'll have demonstrated understanding and sound knowledge of client-centred, community-based care services.
  • Extensive stakeholder management capabilities and ability to deliver consistently professional and innovative person-centred care.
  • Certificate IV in Health, Community Service or other relevant discipline or equivalent community sector experience.
