The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-impact data products that drive smarter decisions, better member experiences, and operational efficiency.

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of data products from requirements to launch and ongoing support across agile teams
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate product updates
Requirements for Success

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in a data, analytics, or digital product role with strong understanding of data lifecycles, reporting tools, and product concepts
  • Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional delivery teams with excellent communication skills
Delivering High-Quality Data Products

As a Data Product Lead, you will be responsible for leading agile delivery and product thinking across the organization. This includes developing and maintaining data products that meet business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions, and championing data governance frameworks and data catalogues.

You will work closely with engineering and analytics teams to build scalable, high-quality solutions that drive business results. Your expertise in data lifecycle management, reporting tools, and product development will enable you to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Leading Agile Delivery Teams

As a leader in agile delivery teams, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality products. You will also be responsible for tracking product performance, supporting user testing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

With your strong communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships, you will engage with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and communicate product updates effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and experience:
