Job Title: Chief Quality Assurance Officer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Quality Assurance Officer to oversee our quality management system and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards.

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional who can develop, implement, and maintain our Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and compliance with AS/NZS 3584.3 and AS/NZS 3800.

  • Develop and maintain quality policies and procedures to support safe and compliant operations.
  • Build strong relationships with managers, employees, regulators, and industry representatives to foster a culture of quality and compliance.
  • Review and interpret legislative and company requirements to maintain compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor the Quality Management System, address non-conformances, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
About You

You are a qualified mechanical tradesperson with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities to deliver reliable results.

Experience with Root Cause Analysis and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is highly desirable. If you are a strategic thinker who can lead a team and drive business growth through quality excellence, we would like to hear from you.
