Job Description

As a seasoned procurement professional, you will play a key role in driving our organization's strategic sourcing and risk management initiatives. Your expertise in negotiation, communication, and relationship-building will be essential in collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers to secure high-value partnerships that drive our goals forward.

You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize procurement practices, fostering strong supplier relationships and contributing to our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) objectives.

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing and supplier performance strategies to meet our goals
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, including compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and stakeholder dealings
  • Contribute to the financial planning process, delivering robust forecasts and budgets
  • Monitor and mitigate procurement-related risks, actively working to reduce environmental and social impacts
  • Lead high-impact supplier negotiations, securing optimal value while managing associated risks
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records on our approved supplier list
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a procurement role, with at least 5 years leading procurement teams
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing or supplier management
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • A high level of discipline to enact and maintain deadlines in accordance with agreed timeframes
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and follow-up skills
