About This Role
  • Oversee daily activities within your department, focusing on achieving sales targets and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of tasks and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and visual presentation.
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and share information.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and ensuring that all interactions meet our high standards.
  • Schedule and delegate tasks to team members, setting clear expectations and deadlines.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively respond to customer inquiries.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies when necessary, and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or lead capacity.
  • Possess excellent leadership skills, ability to motivate and coach team members, and inspire a culture of excellence.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data to inform decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, management, and external partners to promote collaboration and mutual understanding.
