THE ROLE

This position operates Tuesday to Saturday with varying hours. By applying, you confirm your availability to work on these days.

As a Department Supervisor, you will support the store management team by leading your department in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining merchandising and visual standards, as well as sales results within your department. Leading by example, you will coach and develop your team to create great in-store experiences.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Modeling exceptional customer service at all times
  2. Supporting and guiding the team to deliver outstanding service in a 'service over task' environment
  3. Gaining, maintaining, and sharing product and brand knowledge within your department
  4. Supporting management to improve financial performance in your area
  5. Working with the back of house team to ensure product availability
  6. Upholding company standards and delivering visual excellence in the store

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2-3 years' experience in retail or a similar industry
  • A passion for creating an excellent service experience and culture for customers
  • A proven track record in achieving and exceeding KPIs, with strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily tasks effectively
