The Opportunity

This position is part of our dynamic global P&C team, based in Melbourne and reporting to the Reward & Performance Lead. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to the Group Reward & Performance team and Annual Performance and Reward Review process
  • Reporting and analysis, particularly in Excel, and insights on salary surveys, benchmarking, and annual reviews
  • Auditing remuneration data for accuracy and investigating discrepancies
  • Supporting the business on performance and remuneration-related issues and queries
  • Providing Australian-specific reporting and guidance on WGEA and assisting the end-of-year Performance and Remuneration cycle
  • Continuing to grow and develop your performance and reward career

What We're Looking For

You'll have experience in a similar position, with corporate exposure to performance and rewards, awards, and benefits. A degree in Commerce is preferred, but not necessary. We value collaboration, building positive relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring timelines are met with accuracy.
