Education and Guidance Specialist

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and counselling services to students at our college.
The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement a guidance program that addresses the socio-cultural context of our college community.
We are seeking an experienced counsellor who can provide timely and authoritative assessment recommendations and advice to clients and stakeholders concerning complex educational and personal issues.
The ideal candidate will have well-developed organisational and administrative skills, strong effective communication skills, the capacity to work as a team member, excellent time management skills, and student counselling experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Counselling or related field
• Experience in school counselling
• Strong understanding of child development theories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
