Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, including renewals and new business initiatives, as the primary point of contact for contract strategy, drafting, and execution.
  • Collaborate with sales teams during pipeline review sessions to provide expert guidance, address contractual complexities, and optimize commercial approaches.
  • Analyze account data, licensing parameters, and terms to develop customized proposals for pricing, cross-selling opportunities, and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in CRM systems and internal databases, ensuring transaction details, pricing, and allocations are documented and error-free.
  • Perform primary reviews and validate all executed contracts, confirming compliance with internal policies and best practices. Ensure all necessary information for order submission is documented and accurate.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, and Billing to resolve complex contract issues and promptly respond to client inquiries to ensure satisfaction and timely resolutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management or sales support roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulousness in analyzing contracts and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Strong teamwork and customer service orientation. Highly responsive and proactive in issue identification, communication, and managing expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience working with Salesforce CRM and/or Apttus is strongly desired.
