This role is a strategic opportunity to support national security requirements of the Nation. As Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Defence Services LOB reporting into GM Defence Services.

Key responsibilities include understanding client contracts of different types for complex projects, discerning key risks and developing mitigations in consultation with subject matter experts. You will also manage policy non-compliances appropriately in adherence to UGL's governance processes and prepare drafting and manage/lead client-facing contract negotiations.
