Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to support the payroll audit manager in a work-from-home position, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll auditing, with expertise in Fair Work and ATO regulations. They should be proficient in systems such as SAP, MYOB, Xero, or ADP, and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading audit processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Reviewing payroll records to identify discrepancies and errors.
  • Assisting in resolving payroll discrepancies and improving overall payroll efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A working knowledge of payroll legislation.
  • Experience in payroll audits or large-scale payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in multiple payroll systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting others within a payroll team.
