Renal Nutrition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate renal nutrition specialist to educate our patients and their families on the importance of dietary changes in managing kidney disease.

This role involves working at multiple dialysis clinics, traveling between locations as needed to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients with end-stage renal disease
  • Developing personalized meal plans to promote optimal health outcomes
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and medication management

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed clinical dietitian
  • Proven track record of improving patient outcomes through effective nutrition counseling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
