We are excited to announce opportunities for several new FULL TIME Bus Operators at our renowned Oakleigh Depot. We seek enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for driving and a desire to serve their community while providing outstanding customer experiences through safe passenger transport.
Our bus operators play a vital role in maintaining the flow of community life. Each day presents unique challenges and experiences as our operators manage a variety of services, including public transit, school routes, rail replacement, charter services, and special events.
We provide a flexible work schedule with various shifts on a rotating roster, allowing you to harmonize your professional and personal life while maximizing your earning potential through weekend penalties and overtime opportunities.

What We Seek in Our Operators:
- A valid Victorian MR or HR Licence is preferred; however, if you possess only a full car licence and aspire to become a bus operator, we encourage you to apply as you may qualify for our trainee program.
- Experience in heavy vehicle operation is advantageous but not mandatory, as we offer comprehensive and supportive training for new drivers.
- Individuals with a customer-centric approach and a willingness to assist when necessary.
- A clean driving record.
- A strong commitment to safety, road regulations, and compliance.
- The ability to obtain necessary medical and background clearances, including Driver's Accreditation (DC) and Working With Children Card (WWCC).
