Security Training Specialist
About the Role:This is a long-term contract opportunity for security training specialists with NV clearance to contribute their skills.
The successful candidate will design, develop and deliver security training for a high-profile government department. They will work collaboratively with stakeholders and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver presentations and facilitate training to department staff and external agencies.
- Analyse and review training curricula to ensure alignment with departmental objectives.
- Design and develop training materials, including briefs and outcome reports.
- Identify security training gaps and propose strategies for improvement.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to refine security training needs.
- Qualification or demonstrated experience in training and assessment.
- Previous experience in Protective Security is desirable.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in designing and delivering security training. They will be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
