  • A bachelor's degree or similar qualification in Civil Engineering
  • 6+ years' experience working in Urban Development
  • CPEng status and RPEQ
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills for facilitating internal and external stakeholder engagements and business development opportunities
  • Experience in successfully managing projects meeting Client objectives
  • Strong project management skills including managing budgets, maintaining quality and delivering on time
  • Strong background in Urban Development or similar
