About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer (RPEQ) to take on a senior leadership position. Acting as 2iC to the team lead, you will play a key role in project delivery, team development, and business growth, with a clear path toward future progression.

You'll be engaged across a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects, many of which are high-profile and locally significant, spanning urban development, transport, and industrial sectors. Mining-related projects are also in the pipeline, offering additional scope for those with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, design, and delivery of complex civil engineering projects
  • Oversee and develop project teams, mentoring junior staff
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and regulatory bodies
  • Contribute to design reviews and maintain technical excellence
  • Support business development and assist with project resourcing

About You

  • RPEQ certified with 7–10+ years of experience in civil design and project delivery
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and manage teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
  • Mining sector experience is advantageous but not essential
