Effective Fleet Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the Fleet in our organization.
- About the Role:
- Manage the daily operations of the Fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained, fueled, and dispatched as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of Fleet operations with other business areas.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in Fleet performance.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on Fleet activities, including vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and driver performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Fleet efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to Fleet management.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Fleet management or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with fleet management software and systems.
