Digital Design System Lead

We're looking for a Senior Manager of Digital Design to lead the evolution of our global design infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the strategy and development of a digital design system that supports both user and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the system meets its goals.
- Drive adoption across teams by showcasing value, enabling contribution, and promoting best practices.
- Scale accessibility and inclusive design through integrated system guidelines and components.
- Manage design system operations: tooling, documentation, process, versioning, and governance.
- Coach and mentor a team of designers and system contributors.
- You're a seasoned design leader with expertise in design systems, UX/UI, and digital accessibility, with at least 3–5 years of experience managing a design system.
- You have experience working at scale — across multiple products, platforms, or regions.
- You know how to balance the craft of design with the needs of engineering and product delivery.
- You bring clarity, structure, and energy to cross-functional collaboration.
- You're passionate about making design scalable, accessible, and impactful.
