Design System Leader

We are seeking a seasoned design leader to lead the evolution of our global design infrastructure.

  • Lead the strategy and development of our digital design system
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the system meets user and business needs
  • Drive adoption across teams by showcasing value, enabling contribution, and embedding best practices
  • Scale accessibility and inclusive design through integrated system guidelines and components
  • Manage design system operations: tooling, documentation, process, versioning, and governance
  • C coach and mentor a team of designers and system contributors
About You

You have deep expertise in design systems, UX/UI, and digital accessibility, with at least 3–5 years of experience managing a design system.

You know how to balance the craft of design with the needs of engineering and product delivery.

You bring clarity, structure, and energy to cross-functional collaboration.

You're passionate about making design scalable, accessible, and impactful.
