We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our expanding team in Australia. With KBR's Infrastructure Services Australia business, we deliver projects that create a better, more sustainable, and technology-enabled future for all Australians.
The ideal candidate will have experience in conceptual and detailed estimating, preferably within water, pipeline, or treatment plants. Oil and gas pipelines will also be considered. The project is in pre-construct phase, so experience in this area would be valuable.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Autonomously developing conceptual estimates from engineering materials (AACE Class 5, 4, and 3)
- Providing leadership to more junior estimators
- Coordinating activities between clients and other stakeholders on the project
- Learniing how KBR undertakes cost assurance and effectively working within any assurance framework as an agent for the client
- Assisting or leading development of estimating and assurance frameworks, guidelines, etc.
