This role involves leading our market-leading bridges and underground structures business across the VSA region. Based in Melbourne, you will be responsible for Structures Team culture, performance, staff, clients, and projects. Drawing on your design and major project delivery experience, you will have a desire to lead and build a structures team servicing both major infrastructure projects and key clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams.
  • Create, maintain, and lead high-performing engaged teams through effective communication, feedback, and support of all team members.
  • Provide technical and commercial governance across a portfolio of projects to meet client requirements.
  • Adopt Project Director Roles to support project teams and nurture client relationships.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients/customers.
  • Ensure delivery of projects by AECOM's Project Delivery Framework requirements.
  • Work with peers and senior leaders to develop and drive implementation of business strategy.
  • Connect with ANZ peers to support workshare and successful client outcomes.

Key qualifications include demonstrated experience in managing major transport infrastructure projects in a structure's capacity and meeting delivery requirements, successfully leading and developing project teams, commercial acumen, and the ability to develop a strong client base. A BE with 15+ years of relevant experience is also required.

We offer a wide array of compensation and benefits programs to meet the diverse needs of our employees and their families. Our estimated annual salary for this role is $160,000 - $220,000 AUD, depending on experience.
