We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across our beverage production and packaging operations.

About the Role:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will work closely with senior leaders, production managers, and production crews to maintain exceptional quality standards. You will ensure that our HACCP, SQF, and Organics accreditations are up-to-date and fine-tune processes to deliver perfect products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive Process Improvement: Shake up current QA systems to make them smarter, faster, and more effective.
  • Own Quality Management Systems: Ensure we remain audit-ready at all times by reviewing and updating SOPs, running internal audits, and producing reports with real insights.
  • Coach and Support Production Teams: Collaborate with production teams to prioritize quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Lab Operations: Run and maintain lab operations, including equipment care and hands-on testing.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis and prevent problems from recurring.
  • Packaging Floor Support: Assist with QC on the packaging floor when needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Production to meet unique client needs.

We Are Looking For:

A degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). At least 3 years of QA experience in food & beverage manufacturing-liquid drink or brewery only. Experience maintaining HACCP and SQF systems. Strong auditing skills and meticulous attention to detail. A confident communicator who can energize teams about quality. A natural problem solver with a 'fix it right the first time' mindset.
