Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished quality management professional to oversee our food safety standards and product excellence across multiple facilities.

This role involves advising senior management on ongoing improvements, maintaining best practice procedures, and leading a small team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality standards and food safety practices across multiple sites.
  • Advise senior management on ongoing improvements and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a small team to achieve compliance targets.
  • Review individual specifications and provide compliance training.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in Food Science and Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality management (5 years minimum ideal).
  • A solid understanding of the Food Standards code and relevant regulations.
  • Familiarity with HACCP, BRC, CFMSR, HALAL, and other industry standards.
