About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team as a Design and Delivery Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the design, documentation, procurement, and delivery of architectural projects in collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate project briefs and proposals to deliver innovative, functional design solutions and high-quality project outcomes that respond to client needs.
- Manage the preparation and submission of fee proposals, capability statements, expressions of interests, and complex tenders/submissions from start to completion.
- Work closely with the Director/Regional Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for business growth.
- Manage tendering processes, analyze tender outcomes, and prepare reports for clients.
- Author technical design solutions supported by AutoCAD and REVIT skills.
- Manage fees and internal project budgets.
- Coordinate work within project teams, including external consultants through all phases of a project to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture
- Registered Architect in Australia
- Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and REVIT
