Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Support Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative assistance to our Contract Manager and operations teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization, where we value innovation and collaboration. As a Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support, including data analysis and reporting, site entry and mobilisation requirements, and managing site consumables.

You will work closely with our Planning team to assist with resource allocation and preparation of quotations and estimates. Your excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and dedication to ongoing professional development will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience in a similar role (highly desirable)
  • Cert IV or Diploma in Business Administration (desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • A positive attitude and dedication to ongoing professional development
  • A team orientated approach and a confident and energetic manner
  • A focus on providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Good time management, multitasking and prioritisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
