Job Description

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll be responsible for conducting meaningful assessments, designing impactful therapy plans, and building enduring relationships with our clients. You'll have the opportunity to work in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centers, parks, and even at the beach.

Our Behaviour Support Practitioners are passionate about delivering participant-centered care, guided by our core values. We're committed to helping you grow as a clinician or leader, with opportunities for professional development, study leave, and mentorship.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • PBS registration
  • Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Behaviour Support experience
