About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workplace Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Sydney office.

  • Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the office facilities, including ordering supplies and resolving issues with vendors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all office needs and questions, providing exceptional customer service to employees.
  • Plan and execute office programming, including events and activities that promote team culture and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sydney office, including facilities maintenance and repair, events, processes, policies, and communications.
  • Serve as the in-person point of contact for all office needs and questions.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, snacks, and beverages within budget.
  • Facilitate timely repairs with building management.
  • Ensure vendors fulfill their SLAs and troubleshoot issues with office equipment.
  • Help employees book conference rooms and track usage.
  • Own planning and execution of office programming, including monthly happy hours, Friends & Family celebrations, and work-sponsored events.
  • Support global Workplace programs by contributing to OKRs/KPIs and driving assigned special projects.
Requirements
  • Prior experience with office or facilities management, employee programming, and events.
  • High sense of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to leverage tools to drive workflow.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and collaborative mindset.
