IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our Sydney team, overseeing the management of technical capabilities and ensuring seamless collaboration with global teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the work schedule and allocation process in conjunction with wider Technology teams.
  • Build a multi-skilled technical team from the ground up.
  • Develop and maintain processes that ensure availability of critical systems.
  • Proactively identify, investigate and resolve technical incidents and problems.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable management experience of building, shaping and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of user needs and finding quality, effective solutions.
  • Professional, positive and flexible attitude with a desire to make a great contribution to the business.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, ITIL framework and related services.
