Office Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly organised and resourceful individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Sydney office.
The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, taking pride in creating a welcoming and efficient workplace.
This part-time role involves working independently with a high degree of autonomy to manage office operations efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct administrative support to leadership and managing expenses
- Liaising with HR and Finance teams on office admin and bill payments
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires and ensuring they are set up with everything needed
- Maintaining a safe and functional office environment by coordinating with building management
- Organising all aspects of office operations including maintenance, supplies, equipment, bills, and vendor coordination
- Ensuring the office is always client-ready by maintaining cleanliness and organisation
Requirements include:
- 2-4 years of experience in administrative support
- High level of competency in English both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to manage office operations independently and efficiently
