Technical Sustainment Specialist - Aircraft Maintenance

In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to ensure the airworthiness and mission readiness of the Royal Australian Navy's MH-60R Seahawk Romeo helicopter fleet. As a technical sustainment specialist, you will collaborate with experts from diverse backgrounds to provide comprehensive support services.

To excel in this position, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and prioritize technical information effectively. Additionally, excellent communication skills are crucial for conveying complex technical assessments and output documents to stakeholders. This includes collaborating with customers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results within required timeframes.

The ideal candidate will have a compatible technical trade background and demonstrate a genuine passion for contributing to the aviation industry. A flexible mindset, enabling you to adapt to new systems and processes, is highly desirable. Recent experience in the aviation industry can be beneficial but is not necessarily required for success in this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and prioritize received technical information/requests to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Communicate technical assessments and output documents to relevant stakeholders.
